Spicy Harissa Aioli Recipe

Ingredients

  • Juice of one large lemon
  • Zest of one lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons of harissa
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Add the lemon zest and lemon juice to a small mixing bowl.
  2. Add the salt and stir to dilute the salt into the liquid.
  3. Add the harissa and mayonnaise and stir to blend.
  4. Taste and adjust whether you want it more or less spicy. If you want it less spicy, add more mayo.
